1.Check the resolution in properties

You can check the resolution by right clicking on the game launcher and then look for the compatibility.Deselect the run in 640*480 screen resolution.Save the changes and then run the game.This time the game may run.

2.Do not run in the full screen

 Exit from the full screen by pressing Alt+Enter.This will give the display and then go to the game options and adjust the game for your computer settings.

3.Install latest DirectX

The problem may occur due to problems in your directX.Download the latest directX from microsoft through the link below
